11. How can I check if the product I am ordering is in stock in the app?

A. When you prepare your cart, the available product will be shown as 'In Stock'. A product that is not available will be shown as 'Out of Stock'. If something is emergency, you can add similar products as per your convenience. 


12. Can I sell my items on Minimart?

13. Is the received product listing different from the picture?

A. Please note that all pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary due to product enhancement / availability.


14. Can Minimart deliver my order to my office?

A. Minimart will deliver your order according to the address provided during checkout, be it home or office address.


15. Within what time should I inform Minimart about damaged / incomplete / wrong items delivered?

A. We would appreciate it if you could inform us within 30 minutes of receiving damaged / incomplete / incorrect items. We will help you immediately.

16. I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

A. Please inform us immediately so that we can assist you promptly.

Please provide the following information :

- Order Number

- A brief description of the problem encountered

- Photos of affected item (if applicable)

- Original copy of delivery order


17. What should I do when my order is delivered?

A. You are encouraged to check your order to make sure that it was delivered completely in good condition


18. What are the areas where Minimart delivers?

A. Our Delivery covers the majority of Klang Valley like Kuala Lumpur, Brickfields, Puchong, Mont Kiara, Selongor etc.


19. When can I get my orders delivered?

A. Under normal circumstances, if you order before 10 am, your orders will be delivered on the same day, otherwise it will be delivered within 1 or 2 days due to heavy traffic.

You will receive a text message with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) from our delivery team the morning when your order is ready for delivery and another call from our delivery agent when they are on the way to your premises.

In case of delay beyond the standard period mentioned above, our friendly fulfillment team will call you to inform you accordingly.


20. How do you ensure the freshness of products?

A. Every store in our app ensure that all products are hygienically and carefully handled and that they are maintained at the correct temperature & packaging.
