21. What is My Account in Minimart?

A. 'My Account' is the section where you can view your Personal Information, Order History and Shopping List.


22. Why am I unable to Login in Minimart?

A. You may have entered incorrect login details. Please enter the correct information and try again. In case the issue persists, please write to us at admin@minimart.app or call us at +60 10-544 9974

 

23. How do I add a grocery, food or other business into the Minimart mobile app? How to become a Minimart Partner?

A. If you want to become Minimart partner, please reach our team ( +60 10 544 9974 ) with the below details. We will help you to register with us. Your name, email address, phone number, shop name, shop SSM, shop Address, shop logo.


24. How to use Minimart platform?

A. We will provide you one admin mobile app and admin website after successfully registered with us. You can use the admin mobile app to track the orders. It has the facility to accept, reject orders, google map and wage options, customers information along with WhatsApp, and mobile numbers. You can use the admin website to add your shop items, update prices, add delivery charges, and changing the settings (names, phone numbers, logo, themes, address, etc). You can use the Minimart price update API to update your prices.


25. How do I register / sign up in Minimart app?

A. You can register by clicking on the "Sign In" section located at the top right corner on the home page. Please provide the required information in the form that appears and click on submit. Then, you can start shopping on Minimart.


26. Do I need to register before shopping on Minimart?

A. Yes, you do need to register before shopping with us. However, you can browse the Minimart app without registration. You are required to login or register while you checkout.


27. Can I register multiple times using the same phone number/email ID in Minimart App?

A. Each email ID / login ID and mobile number can only be associated with one customer account.


28. How do I search for a particular product in the Minimart app?

A. Firstly, you can select your favourite store by scrolling or using the search tab at the top of the page. You can search for products by navigating by clicking on the category buttons or by using the search tab at the bottom of every page.


29. How do I know if I placed my order correctly in the Minimart app?

A. After successful completion of your order, an order confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number.


30. How do I make changes to my order?

A. Currently, there is no provision to modify the order once it is placed. You may cancel the order until it is shipped. You may request the store for a return of the ordered product as per the return policy.
